which takes less effort, to cool down or warm up?

too cold, 'cause then you can throw on a bunch of jackets. if you're too hot, you can't throw off your skin (blech!)

I would say too cold, because you can always add more clothes or get under a electric blanket. I am cold natured and freeze in the winter. But I hate being too hot also. I'm miserable when I'm hot and cold. Ha

I would pick to be cold because I can put on more clothes to warm up I can't take off enough to cool down.

I think it takes more effort to cool down, its easy to warm up, just throw on a jacket. You cant even sleep when its hot, id rather be cold anyday.

If I'm outdoors, I'd prefer it to be too hot (if it had to be one or the other); if I'm indoors, I'd prefer it to be too cold - I feel claustrophobic when it gets too hot indoors.
