Can anyone name a communist country which invaded another country and killed people in that country?

I just want to see if the communist were that bad to be able to do such things.

Please tell me which countries they invaded and when?

No I do not want to defend anyone by asking this question. I just want to know the truth.

I would disagree on that the communist Russia invaded all of Eastern Europe. This is not true. Russia liberated all of Eastern Europe countries from Natzi Germans in the World War Two and after the war many of those countries had embraced the communism and became Russian allies. That happened without any wars.

Besides, all that happened when Stalin was ruling - dictator who killed a lot of people in Russia itself and whom the Soviets procclaimed to be a criminal after his death. He was not Russian though, he was Georgian.

The hard question would be to name a communist country that did not invade another country and kill its citizenry.

That is one of the main tenets of communism. To have a global revolution to establish a World Communist State. Therefore, communist nations must invade other countries and insight rebellions abroad.

To give you a few examples, the USSR invaded all of eastern Europe. China invaded Tibet and South Korea. North Korea invaded South Korea; and Cuba invaded the Congo and Bolivia. North Vietnam invaded South Vietnam. I could go on all night.

Though, I have to say Tofu Jesus is wrong on a couple of points. China never invaded Taiwan. At the end of World War II, there was a civil war in China between the Nationalist Chinese and the Communists. The Communists won, forcing the Nationalist Chinese to flee to Formosa, modern day Taiwan. And Russia never invaded Germany at least not when it was a communist country. Russia, or more accurately, the Soviet Union, was invaded by the Nazis, its subsequent invasion of Germany was defensive. What was the USSR going to do after beating back the Germans? Stop at their border and do nothing? Germany had no plans to make peace with the Soviet Union, they would have just re-invaded.

At the start of World War I, Russia did invade German territory; however, Russia was not communist at that point. Moreover, Russia only did so to honor its treaty with Serbia. When the Austro-Hungarian Empire invaded Serbia this brought Russia to war with Austria Hungary, which brought Germany into war with Russia, since Germany and the Austro-Hungarian Empire also had an alliance. In fact, World War I is what made Russia communist.

Lets see. During the late 30's and early 40's, they invaded and usurped the governments of eastern european countries. In the mid 40's they took half of Germany, the whole countries of China, Tibet, and Nepal. In the 50's, half of Korea and Vietnam.
Also they rebuffed rebellion uprisings in Hungary and Czechoslovakia. Late 50's, Cuba. Then the 60's, 70's and 80's came, with Nicaragua, Afghanistan, Grenada, Chile, India, Laos, Cambodia, etc. Then the Commies fell in the late 80's, except for China, North Korea, and Cuba. All three now want Democracy, as they now understand money!!!!!

Russia invaded Poland, Hungary, Romania and other countries of the Eastern Block right after WWII. In 1953, Russians slaughtered Hungarians in the streets after Eisenhower refused to assist the Hungarians.

well russia had taken over nicaragua were my mom is from no lie she was still alive she was a little girl and well my grandpa faught the communist trough politcs and they out him in jail naked and if your laughing right now i dont think thats funny so anyways they had him in there for 60 days and well they basically abused him and yes they did kill many people over there they were tortued captured and killed they left my people starving only to give a small peace of meat that was not even good anymore and so my grandpa was in the news paper becuase he was a politiacian and i hate communist they left the economy low so that is why i hate communist

You must be too young to remember the Soviet Union, China, N. Korea, N. Vietnam & the Soviet bloc nations & their many invasions & murders.

When Russia went into Afganistan . They also attacked Finland and got it butt whipped. North Korea attacked South Korea also.
