Everytime whem im trying clothes on or doing my nails or something she asks me why im doing this and if i have a boyfriend. She doesn't let me cross the street from my school to let me go to the library and ask me if thats where im meeting my boyfriend!!!!! I don't even have one yet at this moment! Why is she acting this way? It's not like im in elm school!!!! And so what if i have a boyfriend! (even though i don't)!!!!
Plz anyone don't you think she being a little too strick on things?
By the way im in Middle School! I think i can do all those things by now!!!!!!

Well sometimes moms can be a little strict,sounds like she worries about you and she loves you.This world is a crazy place with lots of crazy people in it ,and as far as her asking about if you have a boyfriend,she probably just wants to make sure if you do have one,that you will make wise choices when it comes to him.Just try to be patient and understand that she is looking out for you.

Sorry about the bad mood thing youngster. Your mom is doing what all mom's do. Be happy your mom cares enough to even ask. There are kids your age who's mom's are out drinking or drugging instead of annoying little people like you. Take a breath and think about how great it is to have a good mommy.

Actually you are both right. You are right in that you should have some private time to go to the library by yourself or with other friends. But your mom is right in being a little concerned Be glad that your mother cares so much about you There are other out here like me who didnt have that growing up. Just sit down and talk to here Be glad that you have a mother to talk to.

is "She" your Mom? You didn't get to this stage in life without somebody caring--"She" wants to ensure your safety and if you check the news once in a while--you might have a small clue about what happens to not only young people, but adults, as well.
If you are "dolling Up" "She" is concerned that you are trying/and succeding in looking older--which is fine if the guy you want to attract is 1 year older and 1 grade ahead of you--the 25-45 yr old guy who notices you is what scares her & every woman in America.

Who are you talking about? Your mom?? If so no she is being a good parent and keeping tabs on you. If she didn't you'd be pregnant and hooking before you started high school. Be thankful honey...some kids arent so lucky
