Lets see
You're Welsh
You play in the Welsh Cup
Any disciplinary problems IN ENGLISH LEAGUE/CUP GAMES, are dealt with by the Welsh FA, who always go lenient on you, but opposition clubs are dealt with by the English FA.
If you want to be in our league you have to cut all ties with Welsh Football.
If you want to keep ties with Welsh football you have to leave our league.
Its amazing that when, a couple of seasons ago, Swansea looked like they were being relegated to the conference they said they were leaving the English leagues, but as soon as they were safe they decided to stay.
Cardiff will be the same, you want the glory of playing in the English Leagues, but have a bad run and risk dropping to non-league and you will be off the to the FAW leagues faster than Max Boyce could eat a leek.
Then again you will be bankrupt pretty soon anyway, watch out for fishtanks, and rented fish, moving into the chairmans office, over rated strikers at the end of their careers being brought in on massive wages when other areas of the team need strengthening.
That's how Ridsdale works.

because they are but it could be one of many reasons like the following
- the English league is stronger than the welsh league and its better for them to play in the English leagues
- they have more support than the teams in the low ( ie were they are - more pepole eg cardiff swansea & wrexham)
- to make it a fair challenge in both leagues - no 3 horse race in wales and a test in england
- whoever it was who said hereford is in wales is wrong hereford is deffinately in england
- the low is made up of both part timers and pros- cardiff, wrexham, swansea and newport (both being investegated by the fa about their facup match) have more money or have had and are perfectly capeble of beating the english

Cos Cardiff is in Wales. What if Glasgow wanted to be in the English League, too. We'd have to take teams from every UK country.
English teams don't want to be part of the Welsh league, so can we all just play for our own countries, please?

Cardiff are in the English League! They play in the Championship you div!
If you are asking why they shouldn't be in the Premiership, no reason at all except that they haven't proven that they are good enough yet!
Nugget!
