This is the 3rd question i am answering
1. Some states paid them off and some didn't and it would be unfair. Solution: Taking the debt and moving the capital more south, since Virginia totally paid off it's debt
2. Isn't it the same thing
3. protect US businesses and free trade. Solution: A fairly high
4. Unfair for Whiskey brewers. Solution: Whiskey Rebellion causing National Troops to go in (Hamilton led them).
5. A central system for money vs. A monopoly of money. Solution: Hamilton prevailed and a charter for the bank passed
