Maybe she doesn't know she has one! Maybe she has never experienced an orgasm. I think you should investigate this much closer................

Anything is possible.
Or it's possible she was one of those babies born that didn't have a specific gender, and she was assigned a female gender. I don't know how all that works.
There's also some religions that remove the clitoris when the girls are very young (I don't know what nationality she is) to keep the women from enjoying sex and will stay "pure" and faithful once married) (sicko's) and this happened to her and she's embarrassed about it, or doesn't remember having one.
Why wouldn't you believe her?

Yes, any sort of developmental abnormality is possible. However, if her clitoris truly never developed then it is likely she has other sexual development problems (like not having uterus/ovaries) and might not be able to have children. She may have also been born intersexed and like others have said she may have been subjected to female circumcision (especially if she is Muslim or from Africa).

She'd have to show me some pictures of herself as a little kid (with the family in the pictures) to prove she was a female and i'd have to ask some nosy questions of her parents.. lol
Sounds like a sex change operation to me...

All sorts of anatomical variations are possible.
Is she originally from somewhere in Africa or the Middle East, though? If so, it's possible she was mutilated as an infant but does not remember and was told or assumes she never had it.

she could goo to the doc and have it checked out
if she truly doesn't have one, she may have trouble having an orgasm, unless she can have one vaginally

wow, I've read in some third world countries that's how they circumcise women by cutting off their clitoris. so they won't have orgasms. I'm serious, it's horrible.

Highly unlikely, however it may be inside moreso than most. I have heard of an operation that uncovers it by removing some of the hood. Check with her/your doctor

Yeah its possible...or more likely it's simply so small as to be indistinguishable...
A clit isn't something we cannot live without...but it would surely be a bummer...hopefully she can orgasm vaginally instead...

either she's joking or she cant feel it cuz its small... or insensitive...
