i have a question, was anyone shocked that his death came? i mean everyone was shocked! am i the only person who knew that this would happen sooner or later? "the crocodile hunter" that tell yuo anytihng? he was filming a documntary called "seas deadliest creatures" why was everyone shocked? i mean honsetly! when you have a career like that its bound to happen!

well , I am sure that no one expected it. In a sense ppl saw him as too heroic like not even alligators could stop him but I am sure what shocked the public most was that a uncommon predator was the one that killed him. An animal that usually and oftenly is not a danger. It would be like saying he got killed by a wild turkey .

There have been other people that have done croc hunting and other wild species hunting and filming and nothing happened to them. I'm sure that he went the way that he would have wanted to go but still I think that it actually happening shocked us all.

It was shocking because he was so young and it was such a freakish accident but I dont think many ppl were really surprised that he died. It was bound to happen sooner or later.

I'm not sure if I was shocked...just really saddened by his death. He was so enthusiastic about his work. He truly loved his job. (Wish most of us could say the same about our jobs, huh!) Anyway, it was a sad thing that happened, whether we saw it coming or not.

Well, everyone thought he would die by a crocodile not a stingray. So it was kinda shocking/weird when all he did was crocodile stuff and instead, he died by a stingray. I dunno.
