Marijuana smoking should be legalised everywhere.
It is a simple natural herb, which provides pleasure and relaxation, and has many beneficial medicinal properties. It relieves stress, reduces pain, and certain studies show that it can disipate asthma, and be beneficial to alzheimer's patients.
The reason it was made illegal in the first place was because the oil from the seeds can be used to fuel an engine, and so the oil lobby, along with the media who were making profits from cutting down trees, found a way to make it illegal. The law was passed as a part of the tax law, which introduced the name marijuana, so that nobody would realise that they were restricting the use of hemp.

No, I don't want to interact with a bunch of druggies no more than I have to already. Find true peace without drugs..drugs on all levels only holds you back from attaining your true potential. Don't say the government will make more money, that isn't what you care about, you care about feeding your head and escaping reality.

Yes.
There are many reasons.
They could tax it and make money there.
The room they make in prison could hold people who need to be there.
It does not cause violence, as does alcohol.
Why do they have to dictate what I do in my own home.
To ease the market for the stuff they bring over the boarder, and giving jobs to more American Growers.
and so forth..I'm sure everyone will have lots of thoughts on this.

Yes it should. There is no reason why it should still be illegal. Tobacco is worse than pot, but it's still legal. Maybe if huge corporations started making cigaweed, and tossed a boatload of money at congress, it wouldn't be illegal anymore. But it's just wishful thinking to hope it'll be legalized. As long as they can hold us down, they can do whatever they damn well please.

Yes, I believe it should be legalized. It is no more dangerous than liquor and it will cut down on some of the illegal drug dealing. It will also help minimize the prison population.

Of course it will need to be regulated and not sold to minors.

sure...let the gov't tax the heck out of it like they do gas, booze, and ciggys...they can't stop people from smoking it...they might as well control it (to keep the quality a decent level) and profit from it...

no.

it's a drug that causes you to lose control of yourself. SLows reaction time.

As far as I'm concerned alcohol should be banned, too....that'll never happen, though, since the government makes so much money off of it.
