What I hate worse than simply "like" is "it's like" or "she's like" or "they're like" etc.
Example:
There's a car crash.
"It was like... a car crash!"
No you idiot! It wasn't LIKE anything! It WAS a car crash.
Thanks for letting me vent that.
I also hate "you know."

it can be a good thing. When you meet a woman who talks like this, it's a tip off that she's an "adult child" and definitely not one you want to marry!

I hate it when people go "umm" after every word
for ex: you know umm the umm one place with the umm.
Or when people keep saying "okay".
I just want to go " I GET THE POINT YOU'RE OKAY!!!
