I'm curious about the viewer vote difference between the two finalists.

They were tied at 59 each from the judges but they didn't announce the viewers votes just that Emmitt and Cheryl won.

They didn' t announce how many votes from the viewers, they only said on the judges, they had a tie of 89 out of a possible 90 they had 3 dances and a possible 30 per dance. They announced Emmit and Cheryl the champions.
