go to the bath room and wash your face with some soap and then act like you got some in your eyes and call your mom or some one in to help you get it out then they will think that there red cause you got soap in your eyes "works for me"!!

there are a couple of solutions to this:
if u smoke, then stop right away,
quick solution: wear dark sunglasses,
. . . or get some eye drops from your doc

Visine.
Shades are no good. Wearing them inside around your parents will only attract suspicion.

Visine ADVANCED... its good... i never have had to do any of that... but also dont let them look too closely into your eyes... unles you are near a lot of light... or not... hope it helps...
