Keeping PC defragged, and running CCleaner (free from filehippo.com ) this utility really works fast I use it all day long. Defragging every 4 hours works great also, really helps with speed. I'm not sure what you mean by boot. Perhaps you mean other players giving you the boot and not letting you play. That is really annoying, I know. Lots of jerks out there.
Most games have several levels. I play yahoo's cribbage quite often - I have played more than 21,000 games over the last 3 or 4 years. I occasionally get booted. It is because I have lost a bunch of games and my point total is low and players don't want to risk lowering their point totals by losing to me. Goodness, it's only a game.
Also, avoid the "Advanced" rooms. Those folks either take it too seriously or have been padding their scores. Anyway, they seem to be jerks, for the most part.

AOL is good 4 that.. could be low on memory and need 2 reboot.. delete files, scan your comp 4 errors, disk clean up, defrag.. update your virus scan and run it.. take screen saver off desk top, if its something your downloaded and put there from another site..go 2 add and remove, and remove some junk you don't need or use.. just becareful and know what your doing..if you mess up, check your recycle bin, click trash and restore whatever you thing you did wrong.. i don't know, there is so much you can do 2 make your comp run better, that i can't remember it all.. bummer eh

Update.......Make sure you pop up blocker is off (top of your browser in tools)and once in the lounge click "options" bottom left of lounge and choose the small windows options...... -- If you cant log into chat/games it is because Yahoo's browser has issues with SUN java as default. Yahoo is Java dependant.
This is also the reason for the games applets not loading and some web cam issues. The easiest fix is to update , make sure all your windows are updated

and choose what is your best option.

you might want to try turning off your pop ups that was happening to me and i started blocking my pop ups when i go in to a game to play and i suggest not to block them till u get into the game u want to play because it wont let you in if u block them before u get into the game room u want in!! and i also suggest to download an ad-Aware if u dont already have one that would keep hackers and cookies and virus off your computer and u would need to run it once a week and restart your computer after you run it !! i have a link to where u can download it if u dont already have ad-aware..... go here and download it .... >> http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php and it's free to download!! and it really works especialy if u download alot of mucis and games!! it keeps your files clean and keeps your computer from running slow...
