Why is this, and will they be released this early every year?

The schedule is released shortly after the season ends because they have set up the schedules way in advance so if they decide to change when teams are playing teams they have a bit of time to decide what games they are going to change. The schedule released shortly after the season ends is called a tentative schedule.

All schedules you see right now are TENTATIVE.. i.e. dates have to be confirmed, facilities reserved, etc.. The MLB websites lists each teams tentative schedule..

The tenetative schedules are done in September and finalized and released in late January, early February.. It takes that long to ensure that no changes in venue, flights etc are done in mid season..

yea, spring training schedules just came out, I'm surprised if you found anything about the schedules coming out this early, they cannot make a schedule this eearly
the season didn't even end three weeks ago. If there is a schedule it is probably a past schedule or a completely fake schedule
