where can i find a tailstock centering pin for a craftsman 12 inch wood lathe older model?

the tail piece is there but i have no centering pin i dont know if it is live or not

Candy You will only need to measure the diameter of both sides and figure the taper of the pin. Either go to Mc Master/ Carr and check for either a static,(non turning) center pin or a live center one with a ball bearing that alows the center to turn. Good Luck
