I am 6 mos pg with a daughter...

We were thinking about Georgia LeAnne? (named for grandfathers, George and Lee)

Thing is... my husband is red-headed and I picture a red-headed Georgia, if she's dark headed like me maybe...

Madelyn (Mattie)
Sidney
Anna
Catherine (Katie)
Maggie

Madelyn!
but the first one is good too, because then the name will mean something.
Though I'm not fond of the name Georgia, i really like LeAnne

I like Georgia Ann or Georgia Lee, but not a fan of LeAnn. I think the name is adorable on a red head, brunette or blonde. It's just too cute! Go with it. And the meaning...how adorable is that?!?!

I like Georgia Lee (drop the anne) and it is perfect for a red head or dark hair. It is southern style.

As for the other names:

I hate: Maggie, Catherine, Anna, too old fashioned. I picture an old lady (sorry). Look at the movie stars with these names.

I do like Sydney and Madelyn

What about: Roxann or Roxanna or April or Leeanna?

I like Madelyn And Georgia LeAnne.

They're elegent, but can be shortened into nice nicknames.

Before you name your baby girl, I suggest you look up the meanings of the names, if you haven't done so already.

A name with a bad meaning isn't good!

Congrats,
Jacky

Georgia is a gracious name You should keep it! I'd go with your first choice Georgia LeAnne. Or if you want; Catherine Anne. Or Madison Claire or Addison (Addie). Karen Lee.

Honestly I agree with you about the red hair but on the other hand i think that if you rearrange it as LeAnne Georgia it would work for dark hair!!

Madelyn (Mattie)..........I love this name and are considering it myself. As for Georgia I went to school with a girl named Georgia and she hated it. Everyone called her Georgiee and she hated that too. I dont mind Georgia for a middle name.
