I think that everyone should assess a dream, because dreams are sometimes messages our brain is sending us about our lives. Absolutely, analyze your dreams. But don't become obsessed.

They are actually opposites. Dreams are called 'dreams' because they are not reality. Your waking hours experience are sometimes reflected in your dreams. Although, I have had dreams of the deaths of pets and loved ones shortly before they die.
Doesn't always work though, uncontrolled.

Dreams have little to do with reality. They are, in fact, merely our imaginations running wild with the reality-filter turned off.

Yes. Dreams are actually a biological process where the right side of the brain communicates in visual language with the left side of the brain. The right side of the brain experiences life as richly as the left side, it just doesn't speak with words so listen to your dreams...they are real.

take a dream as you feel it,if one bothered you take it seriously and be careful.usually if you wake up remembering a dream there's a reason why its on your mind as you wake.
