Good question. Answers that are blatantly factually incorrect don't seem to get chosen as best too often. But you might want to hunt around and see if you can find any creationist answers to questions about biology and/or evolution; those are usually way off factually, and can sometime be humorous in their stupefying ignorance.

Too many to list. Many people asking questions here just want there preconceptions confirmed, so their best answer pick can reflect that. Lots of that here, in the social science section and sometime in the science section; generally dealing with evolutionary subjects, of course.
