God will just transfom Godzilla into the cheesy children's movie hero he was back in the 1970s where he saved Earth dozens of times against Ghidorah, Gigan, and Hedorah.

Hehehe.... God vs Godzilla....
I give the age and experience to God. The dirty fighting and stamina to Godzilla. God wins the power category. Godzilla takes drive category. Assuming God doesn't just unmake Godzilla, this comes down to whether God takes a corporeal form or not. If he doesn't Godzilla has nothing to hit while God smacks him around. If God takes a corporeal form then it depends on what form he takes... what form would be best against a giant Atomic Breath wielding gecko?!
I will vote in favor of God... because if he does exist i don't want to get kicked out of heaven for not backing him against Godzilla. (and if Godzilla rules in heaven i guess I'm screwed, huh?)
