omg we are doing these in math and they suck but what i think you are asking for is the linear equation so:

3x=2y-1

-2y -2y

3x-2y= -1

hope that is what you are asking for

There is no "answer". What y equals depends on what value you assign to x.

Perhaps what you are being asked to do is to write this in the slope-intecept form and graph it.

The slope-intercept form is when you rearrange it so it says y = something

y = (3/2)x + 1/2

This tells you that the equation crosses the y axis when y = 1/2 and that it has a slope of 3/2, meaning it goes up 3 spaces up every time it goes 2 spaces right.

Hope some of that is helpful.

Answer? You need points or turn it into 3x-2y=1.

Probably the best way to do this would be to graph it,
as there are many points which satisfy this equations for example -
(0,0.5) and (-1/3,0)
