What is the difference between "subject" and "introductory summary" in a paper..?

Subject is usually one line/sentence long.

Introductory summary is a short paragraph.

The subject is what the paper is about the introduction summary gives a layout of what is in the paper. Ex. Title: How many planets are there Subject: Solar system : Introductory summary: Ever since the beginning of time the question of how many planets are really in our solar system has arised. This paper will go on to discuss the history of the solar system. The alleged amount of planets are there. so on and so forth
