I only know a website: www.stop2shop.com. It sells lots of single cards, just watch out, because it sells lots of other cards such as pokemon cards. Find the Yugioh section.

I know one here in montreal, its called carta magica and they have a website www.cartamagica.com there u will find that store where u live , in here there is one in Jean Talon in the st hubert line
