What song is this, its like late 90's pop - stuff.?

I hope i can translate what im hering. " A-rrink-ing king king, A-rrink-ing king" (with the rr's rolled)...its sort of like dance or something techno. Not crazy house or anything. it was really radio friendly for a while. Me and some of my mexican buddies are trying to figure it out. help

It definitely sounds like Crazy Frog, and yeah, it's probably the Axel F version.
Although that's nowhere near late 90s, it only came out a year or two back.
