Besides drugs... pirated cds and dvds are hot.

Tunnels? Earth? Worms? Moles? grubs? Mining rights? Caves? Artesian well water? Minerals, like Rubies, garnets?

Gosh, the opportunites are endless underground. Not sure if you will make a lot of money, 'cept if you find gold.
