The answer to all those questions, including the story of the Trojan Horse are answered in The War at Troy-What Homer Didn't Tell by Quintus of Smyrna translated and with an introduction and notes, by Frederick M. Combellack. I got my copy years ago at bandn.com for a steal.

A great read.

Troy was abandoned I guess, most its citizens left after the greek ravegd the place. Greece got back to its usual pace. Some notable leaders like Agaememnon died due to treachery. Helen went back to her Husband Menelaus,(although I do not think their marriage was going anywhere after that).
Paris -dead (andromache and her son too?)
Briseis??

After the Spartan (Greek) destoryed Troy, king Menelaus of Sparta took Helen (really his wife) with him back to Sparta

When they went back to Greece, the Spartans discovered that the Mycenaean civilzation was destroyed by the Dorians due to their Invision on Troy and abandonment of their own country.

Paris was killed by Agamemnon, king of Mycenae, and the brother of Helen's husband Menelaus

You should check out Aeneas. I think he was a Troyan who, along with others, escaped the Greeks and went to Rome.
