Richard W. states he can loan money. When you email him , the address is no good. Has anyone ever reached him. I don't know where this phone is.

Better not find out! Most loan businesses are ripoffs; this sounds much worse! For heaven's sakes, go to a shelter until you save some money; you'll be happierin the long run than if you borrow money from one of those loan sharks -- especially payday loan places . . . and probably Richard W.!
