ok so i was practicing inserting a tampon because i wanted to be ready for my first period. when i took it out it had some blood on it. did i tear the wall of my vagina or something? it didnt hurt to take it out. is this a sign that ill get my period?it would be my first buz i havent gotten it yet. by the way im 12

As much as it is tempting, you shouldn't insert a tampon unless you are actually on your period. You run the risk of tearing or irritating the tissues, or absorbing your body's natural fluids, which help to protect the vagina.
