d. The way to tell when you have a compound noun is to remove the other noun E.g. A)Please give I your undivided attention. That makes no sense. Only d does.

D is the correct answer.

A should be "please give Paul and me your undivided attention."
B should be "Jacob and I are going to set a meeting date."
C should be "Carol told sylvia and him the good news."
D is correct, because "him" is in the dative case. In the nominative case, "he" would be used, but since the package is being sent 'to' him, it is definately the dative case. making the sentance, "send the package to Tanya and him."

A

D isn't correct because the pronoun "him" should be "he" placed before Tanya.

"Send the package to he and Tanya." would be the correct way of putting that sentence.

B is wrong because it should be "Jacob and I...etc" not
and C is wrong because it should be "Carol told Sylvia and him...etc"

The answer is D.
Subject pronouns (we, he she, they, I) come before the verb and are in the subject part of the sentence. Object pronouns (us,him, her, them, me) follow the verb or are in the predicate part of the sentence.
In sentence a - your verb is give- so you should use the object pronoun "me".
In sentence b- "me" should be changed to "I" since it comes before the verb "are going".
In sentence c- the verb is "told". Since the pronoun is in the predicate part of the sentence, it should be" him "instead of "he."
