For one week write down every thing you eat. Go to a website or use a book to see how many calories you eat per day then drop that , I drop mine 500calories and then drop it some more in about a month. It is hard to know just what you need to know until I know what you weigh and how tall you are. I would not put mine weight out there for any one to see either. good luck
