Not being an attorney, but having some knowledge of the law, you are dealing with a guardian ad litum. You may petition the appointing court, and show that there is no need for a guardian, at this time, or that you are willing and able to assume guardianship yourself. You also have the right to request and receive fro the current guardian, an accounting of your Uncle's affairs, from the time that she was appointed, until the time that she is removed. She must show that any expenditures, or transfers in property were done for the good of your Uncle, and provide all necessary pertinent documentation.
