You just answered your own question. You are not getting enough sleep, probably caused by restless leg syndrome. This can also be caused by sleep apnea. Please check with your Dr.

If this persists check with a doc about Restless Leg Syndrome. It could be that you do not get enough sleep. Make sure to drink lots of water and try massaging your legs for an increase of circulation. Try also taking vitamin b-6. This increases energy and circulation. also soak in a warm bath with epsom salt this will relieve muscle soreness.
