I have small lumps all over my testis, that look like goosebumps. I am pretty sure they have been there for ever, but recently just had a small doubt as to wether or not i have just made that up to make myself feel better! any clues as to whats going on?

Sounds like a condition called contact dermatitis to me. Our doctors in the clinic I work in see this all the time in men. Nothing to worry about. At least, that's what they always diagnose it as.

Well goosebumps are really where there are small hairs or the follicles where feathers come from. I think if you look closely you will see the bumps on your scrotum are nothing more than hair follicles with very fine hairs that come out of them. Nothing to worry about, normal and typical.
