sometimes i'll walk or run around my block, i run up and down the stairs to and from my room at least six times a day, i walk kind of fast wherever I go, little things. Also i'll take a few hits to my punching bag once in a while, play soccer a lot....I look pretty good for the pathetic amount of effort I put in. And I eat like a pig.

Rode my bicycle 6 miles everyday this last summer. I'm afraid I've fallen behind since the weather got cold, so does getting off the couch to see what's in the refrigerator count?
