like i said bad off-season moves very bad, getting rid of Alfredsson would of help to save money and keep Chara. Alfredsson is a flop in the playoffs hes hole career. and Gerber was nothing last year with the Canes he just had a really good team in front of him but he flopped also in the playoffs and Ward took over. When Emery comes back from injury then you'll see the team turn around cause i really think he could be a number one in this league he proved it last year when Hasek went down but the Sens just pushed him too much at the end of the season that he was just exhausted. Emery has great stats this year and they need him back badly.

I agree with fire Muckler. They need to trade Alfreddson for a top blueliner, letting Chara go didnt help. Not sure if anyone can blame goaltending, the defence seems to be not so good in front of either goaler (although right now Emery looks like the better goalie). Remember also it is early, no reason to panic just yet. Plenty of time to work out the kinks, i think they'll be ok.

I don't know that they do need help. This early season strikes me more as a slump than anything.

If anything, goaltending would help, as they are suspect there even when playing well the last couple of years. As for coaching and/or GM, you have two of the best and regardless of how bleak things may seem its likely Muckler and Murray will find a way to get things turned around better than any new combo would.

Fire Muckler and trade Gerber or at least make Emery the starter like Montreal did with Huet and made Aebischer his back up, and try to get better defense

They need a goalie. They never had one since the start of the franchise. Hasek was the closest but he's too old and can never get his groin injury healed.

Get rid of the GM. He can't do his job properly. Gerber? They'd be better off with Hasek. At least he can play well when he's healthy.

Give them time. They'll work it out. I don't think they are too far gone yet. Muckler probably should be replaced. Wouldn't hurt to start looking for a goalie.
