I would send out everything but my delicates.. if you know what I mean. I think cost is not an issue....but I'd want to know that the Laundry Service was GREEN. That means using bio-chemicals that are safe for the environment, using minimal water and energy, no pvc packaging. Also, they would have to hire legal staff, pay them a resonable wage, etc.

If they checked out....I'd send everything out!!!

I tried that once, a few years ago. I got hooked. She did such a great job, I took my laundry to her from then, until I moved to a place that had a washer and dryer in my apartment.

It was convenient. I dropped all of my laundry off before work and picked it up after work. Everything was folded nicely, nothing was wrinkled and everything was soft and smelled nice.

I don't remember the cost for fluff and fold, but it didn't make a dent in my budget. At the time, I had a pay washer and dryer in my building.

It was well worth the convenience. I highly recommend it.

I don't think so. I prefer do my washing at home while I do other things ... like reply to my e-mail, or write letters to those who do not have the internet. The machines at laundromats do not wash properly and some customers use them for stained clothes and shaggy rugs, and you spoil yours when you happen to get one of those machines right after them.

The problem about sending your laundry out is that your clothes come up missing and sometimes you get other peoples clothes. So let the housekeepper do it for you. then you'll know that your laundry is somewhere between your washer and dryer and your room

NO, I would not because my clothing is personal to me, and I do not want everyone or anyone doing my laundry. I have a certain way I do my laundry, and I take very good care of my clothing, and everyone is not going to be as careful with my laundry as I am.

no, its much easier to do it at home, rather than waiting for a dryer or washer.
