I have been told i have to take out the dash is this true?

Get the book, it will help. I too have heard remove the dash, and also heard it can be accesed by removing the fender. Sorry i don`t have a better answer for you.

i own a repair shop,and you have to pull the heater box out of it,to get it out,and sometimes you do have to pull the dash assembly out of it,they are one of the hardest ones to put int hat there is,but its no easy job to do ,that's for sure,you need a good day to do it in,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
