I have a great sense of humor but think this movie is a discrace! A's by the critics? (although, what do they know - as it's a matter of opinon - such as this post). I am a proud American and this to me is NOTHING of what we stand for and I'm ahamed other countries might think we are stooping to such a low level in mockery.

I'm all for being so NON-PC -.... and maybe this movie was a move towards that - but I see no humor in this at all. I'm humilatied that this "character" may be percieved as something approved by the citizens of the USA.

Grow up? C'mon... this is a question that's worth pondering. I'm plenty grown-up, thank you, and know what true comedy is - something that makes us laugh. But not to someone's expense!

In these times where religion and beliefs are so different, this crap is just polluting people's minds with non-realistic views and is just hurtful.

Just think about it before answering.

I completely agree. This is the reason why we're seen perceived so negatively by people of other nations, they see us as the type of people to enjoy this crude type of entertainment.

Unfortunately, movies and entertainment like this really sell for the American public.

I totally agree with you.
I won't see the movie.
I saw him on a couple of different award shows and think he is sick.
He's not at all original or funny, he's simply bad taste.
Those who think he is funny are showing their own bad taste, in my opinion.

FOX produced this movie - the same FOX News which is tilted so much to the right. Rupert Murdoch owns both entities. Draw your own conclusions.

It't not supposed to be "approved". We're SUPPOSED to be appalled at his behavior. That's what's so funny about the movie... that he's almost painfully inept and out of his element.

I'm totally not impressed by him and I would never waste my money on that movie.

I typically stay away from movies that are stupid. Like this one, for example.
