Just divide through by 3 to get the y alone

3y = 2x + 3

3y /3 = 2x/3 + 3/3
y = (2/3)x + 1

3y=2x+3 on this equation you first divide 3 from both sides to get y by itself. Then from there you have y=2x+3 all divided by three(*after the = sign) you divide and solve. The answer is y=2/3x+1 so m=2/3 and b=1

This is why we have textbooks, your supposed to use those, otherwise just ask some help from someone older than you. Next time don't ask for the answers, actually look for it.

y=2/3x+1
