but what i hear on how you actually get it is you can't work a day while you were married. But he did work...well a very little bit....can he still get it?

Yep, he can get spousal support, however, he and Britney had a prenup. He's supposed to get $300,000 per year he and Britney were married. So, he probably doesn't have much of a shot at spousal support.

Britney's parents made sure he signed the pre nup, they aren't quite as stupid as their daughter. He should be ashamed of himself being such a low life, but he isn't.

He will still get more out of this marriage as far as money than all of us will in a lifetime. Doesn't seem fair, does it???

actually, i BELIVE it goes by who makes the most. Working or not has nothing to do with it.
