These two lights turned on, but nothing seems to be wrong. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? What can I do to fix it?

No way to tell you what is going on, you will need to take your vehicle to a dealership or reputable mechanic that has the ability to do a OBD II test to retrieve the fault codes from the electronic control module (ECM) Jeff suggesst autozone is good, which they are, they will do a scan for free, but you would be better off to take it to a mechanic that does these type of diagonstics on a daily basis. Dissconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and reconnecting it WILL NOT clear the codes, it will only turn out the check engine light temporarily. The ONLY way codes can be cleared on 1996 and newer cars, which are OBD II systems, must be plugged into a code reader.

The ECM is continually performing diverse checks. now and again a device can fail a try and the examine engine gentle will come on and some different time the gentle received't come on because the device desires to fail the try 2 or 3 cases for the gentle be on, relies upon on the device. If the laptop performs yet another try on the device and now the device bypass the try that is going to turn the gentle off immediately away. DTC p0740 most of the time desires a clean trans torque converter now and again is a laptop issue. Honda had a issue with the emission device on the 97 fashions so... If u are contained in the u . s . examine with a Honda broking service i imagine that is 14 years or one hundred fifty,000k mi. U may get loose parts and complicated artwork. solid success!

Go to Autozone parts store and have them scan your computer for free, write down the codes they tell you, come back here and post them in another question. We can help you much more with that info. DO NOT listen to what they tell you to replace, they "usually" don't have a clue.
