HECK YEAH!
nah i would just go up to my father & tell him to tell my mom cuz i wouldn`t wanna hide that from my mom & then if he doesn`t tell i would tell her but that would make things BAD between my father & i. but he was the one who had the affair.
so i would :
give him time & if he doesn`t tell then i WOULD tell.

Absolutely. Then I'd watch the fun as he tries to talk his way out of something that never happened. His confusion would reach a level of tragi-comedy that would make me both laugh and cry really hard at the same moment. If my mom and dad were alive, yes! I would definitely tell her he was having an affair. She and I would both know I was doing it for fun. He would figure that out when she and I couldn't stop laughing.

Hell no. I would talk to my father and tell him to make a decision, either end it with the other woman or with mum.

This is not hypothetical for me ... I discovered my dad was having an affair 7 years ago and confronted him. He made the decision to end it and stay with my mother. We then discovered that mum already knew about it.

Speak to the said person first.
You might otherwise be responsible for the break up of your family and either one of them might hold resentment even though the affair itself was not your fault.

actually I've been there before on Friday Jan 13th of this year and I didn't tell my mom because I didn't want to believe it myself, I wanted us to be the perfect little family like we used to be . . . . I had told my older brother and he confronted my dad abotu it but my dad lied and lied that he wasn't doing it he looked into our eyes and lied to our faces.. and on the day that my mom did catch him I told my mom everything i knew right in front of him and he straight out called me a liar, he would rather save his butt and call his own teenaged daughter a liar than to admit what he did...

I would confront the dad and let him know you know, give him a chance to come clean with the mom. If he doesn't, I would definitely squeal. If the dad gets mad, that's his problem, that's your mom man and if your dads not gonna take care and look out for her like he's supposed to, someones got to step up.
