i was wondering if there was a certain form for her to fill out at courthouse this is in massachusetts.since were in the same house and back to normal....well hopefully!!!!! he-he

it should stop call a lawer and ask but I would think it would stop and congradulations

Just notify the courts of your remarriage date and request that child support be stopped because of such. Theyll let you know how to proceed with this matter and what forms they require

You just have to notify the courts and see what they think. They handle every thing differently so you must check with them.

i heard you can't unless you want to go through months and months of court and fees and all that stuff. and why would it matter if you are getting it all back anyway?
