Nothing. Admissions tours are usually led by current students. You're not there to make an impression, you're there to learn about the school. Ask questions about the school. The guides are there to answer them. Make sure your questions are not easily answered online -- in other words, try to get the tour guide's perspective on what it is like to study there.

Oh, and if you're there with your parents, don't get embarrassed when they ask goofy questions. Most parents do that.
