The scientists that constructed the experiment looked at the amount of space it takes for a computer to store written files and programs. Theoretically, you can assume that certain knowledge or tasks (such as mastering the english language) can be converted to hypothetical "memory" that your brain has to store. Depending on the size or complexity of what it is that is stored, scientists can figure what the average human brain can store by looking at the amount of things an average human can do and also memorize.

that statement that says the human mind can store about 200 terabytes of info is no way a FACT! psychologists might just given that as a premonition and mere opinions on books. not even those MRIs and other machines that examines the brain's internal structures and processes had given that statement a conclusion.
maybe 200 tbs, less or more we still dont know...this is only an opinion absolutely.
