That's the one. I've no idea what the episode's called, but I saw it on TV yesterday.
The kids all get shots and Bart has a reaction and his ears swell up, restricting his hearing.
There's a sporting event at school (basketball on donkeys or something, teachers vs students). Bart bends over to tie his shoelace, a donkey goes for the carrot in his back pocket and rips his shorts off, just as the flag comes down. Somebody gets a photo and suddenly Bart's despised for mooning the flag.
It all snowballs from there; after going on a talk show, Marge's words are twisted into 'Springfield hates America', and America declares war on Springfield.
As a backlash Mayor Quimby changes the name of the town to 'Libertyville' ("where everything costs $17.99"), and everyone's stars-and-stripes-ing left, right and centre.
It's all very silly.

I dont know, but i think its a newer one. Doesnt he do something like moon the american flag or something? lol idk
