first you need to apply a base eyeshadow to your whole eyelid in a mat colour thats close to your natural skin tone. Then you apply a darker mat shade, prob light brown, to the crese of you eye socket andblend it up to your eyebrow bone. Next apply a thin line of brown or black liquid eye liner from inner to outer corner of the eyelid, and increase the thickness of the line as you move towards the outer corner. Then apply mascara. listen, this sounds complicated, but if you go into any dept store and ask at any cosmetic counter, like mac or bobbie brown, they will happily sit you down and show you. Just don't go in on a saturday becasue they will be too busy!!!

There isn't one person out there that don't compliment my eyes(for the last 6 years)... I have hazel eyes and dark brown hair. First of all don't wear a lot of make up...nothing on ur cheeks(or at least not exagerated), no color in ur lips (try lip gloss)...that way ur eyes will stand out. Black eye liner & very black mascara are vital. During the day I use light eye shadow & dark on the top of the eye lid. At night (when clubbin) wear dark eye shadow. Go to like Target/Walmart and buy a black eye liner "pencil" use this to color the bottom part of ur eye. Another thing the makes my eyes stand out are the highlites on my hair( I have dark brown with blond highlites) it looks bomb!! Try it! Oh and make sure mascara is waterproof (works better)

dont listen to that lot my dear.this is how it is done buy white eyeliner when you put this on it is natural looking and opens up the eye also buy eyewhiter drops these are safe to use and dont sting.this whiten the white area around the eye and only costs a few pounds.then put on a small line of white eyeshadow under your eyebrows over the top of a good bronzer or fake tan.use your normal eye shadow for the lower part of your eyelids.build yor eyelashes with a good under coat take time putting this on then add your black mascara.the secret with all make up is to blend well with fingers add to look natural for going out do all this then add more dramatic colours.having some tan colour on your face automaticly makes yor eyes stand out but only natural will do.add remember middle hair parten is ugly so tip your head upside down shake andstand tall .i promise you this is the secrets of us models.ps looking better already.

I have blue eyes and mousey brown hair naturally. I have found that the darker I dye it the more people comment on my eyes.
Try golden colours and mid brown for your eye shadow as they are a great contrast.
With make-up and clothing, Avoid too many blue colours that are similar to your eye colour as they will dull the colour. Try a green that brings out your eyes or a violet. They complement but make your eye colour just pop out.
My fave shirt is a Teal one which my husband says makes my eyes look like laser beams (in a good way!!)
Good luck with your look.

I'd say...

Eyeshadow: champagne, peach, and bronze colors will work for your eyecolor since it compliments them.

Mascara/eyeliner: Dark brown or black (be sure to curl your lashes!)

I've also heard of this other makeup trick. Use a dark liner at the top with a white liner on your bottom rim. Then apply a matching color as your mascara. It's supposed to make your eyes look really big and more awake! =]

You sound stunningly unusual! Wear colour on your lips, that will define the blue in your eyes, and wear smudged eye-liner around your eyes, not in them as that can make them appear smaller! Then lashings of mascara!
Good luck!

Curl your eyelashes and put a lot of mascara on them. After that, use eyeliner and make a line on the bottom of your eyes.

well if mascara and eyeliner are not working then i would try to have a few high or low lights put in your hair. they say when you have your hair done that people should notice your eyes first! x
