THE CHAIN ON MY QUAD IS LOOSE HOW CAN I TIGHTING IT i JUS GOT BRAND NEW FRONT AND BACK SPROCKETS BECAUSE TEETH WERE MISSING ON OLD ONES AND THOUGHT THAT WAS THE PROMBLEM AND IT IS STILL LOOSE ??

You need to loosen the bolts on the swing arm. There should be an adjusting dial. When the bolts are loose the dial is turned with a punch and hammer till the proper tentsion is achieved.One way loosens it the other way tightens it. Then tighter the bolts up and get to riding. There may be a plastic tentioner that takes out the slack in between the front and rear sprocket. You might have to adjust that. But I don't even know what brand name make or modle quad you have. So don't quote me.

I assume you used all the adjustment provided. from the wearing of the previous sprockets it seems like the chain is "stretched" and needs replacement. However, If the space between links is still right, you have to get a grinder and cut two (or three) links and buy a new locking link to put in place. Be careful, cut one at the time. One link shortens the chain a lot more than you think. But truly, I am pretty sure the chain is stretched, so better get a new one.

their should be 1or 2 bolts on axle loosen lock nuts and turn bolts
