Firstly, he could be receiving a lot of internal bruising and hemmreging from that... and that isn't martial arts... that's total masochism. They're sadists and that's sick. I would never do that to a human being, I think they're total sickos and the art of sadism of this sort should be banned. He could end up in the hospital! As slender as they are, this should not continue. And he's taking it because it turns him on somehow... disgusting. I don't know why it's labeled that, but that's not martial arts.

By stiffening your stomach muscles, you can protect your internal organs from receiving any damage, including damage which could otherwise be fatal. I do not advise you try this, especially without professional supervision.
