I believe most of them have built in speakers. You can go back to the dealer and ask them why the speaker won't work if there is one for your laptop

are all the drivers installed already? if so, it should work. check if audio setting is muted. press FN (function) + audio symbol in the keyboard. or maybe there's an audio adjustment button on your laptop, just check it out.

should be..check your volume and go to control panel then system and hardware then device manager..try check there

yes they do and do you have your sound turned on and the driver loaded?
