try vitex i take that and super primrose...and ive been taking it for 2 half weeks...and i havent had a period in a year...and TODAY i started!!!!!

She could have PCOS -polycystic ovary syndrome. This stops you ovulating regularly - & causes massive blood loss when periods DO happen. See a doctor as soon as possible.
