a couple of months ago, I was accessing a website; www.urantia.com, to read a book on their site.
Now! However, it seems I can't log on.
Does anyone have a clue or glimmer as to why that is? Or what may be being done to the website to cause this delay or blockage?
Thanx, dreamweaver

The site is down. The URL still resolves to the IP address, but neither responds to pinging. In plain English, ain't nobody home there.

What book were you reading? You might want to try Googling it to see if it might be available elsewhere. Some sites, like mondopolitico.com, have a selection of books one can read online.

since you had to log on, I assume a password was given. Try requesting another one as if you had foregotten the first one. If you get no response it was possibly shutdown.

Try Diesel ebooks they have a broad selection.
